• AI-powered automation tools

3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

3.1 Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Shethink is not liable for unauthorized use of your account unless caused by our breach of security obligations.

By using certain Services (e.g., recruitment, AI-powered screening), you may provide personal data, including names, resumes, audio/video submissions, and performance insights. 4.2 User Content License

You retain ownership of content you submit. However, by uploading, posting, or submitting content, you grant Shethink a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, process, reproduce, distribute, and display that content solely as needed to provide the Services.

4.3 Third-Party Tools

Some Services may integrate third-party tools or APIs (e.g., ATS systems). Your access and use of such tools may be subject to additional terms from those third parties.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services including software, designs, text, graphics, logos, processes, algorithms, AI models, and documentation are owned by Shethink or its licensors and are protected by law.
Except as expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the Services.

6. Limitations of Use

• Use the Services to transmit harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to circumvent system restrictions or security measures.
• Use automated bots or scrapers without written permission.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

7. Fees & Payment Terms

8. Disclaimers & Warranty

8.2 AI & Automated Outputs

AI-driven recommendations, insights, or outputs are generated based on models that may include probabilistic components. You acknowledge that such outputs may not always be accurate or error-free, and decisions based on them remain your responsibility.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, business interruption, or reputation.
• Any damages arising from use or inability to use the Services.

Our total cumulative liability arising from any claim related to the Services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Shethink in the 6 months prior to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Shethink, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates harmless from any loss, damage, claim, or demand arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of Services, or violation of laws.

11. Modification, Suspension & Termination

• Modify these Terms at any time; changes become effective once posted.
• Suspend or restrict access if you violate these Terms.
• Terminate your access for any reason with notice where required by law.

Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be resolved in competent courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
