Business Development Associate

Job Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our
team and drive the growth of our IT Company. The BDA will be responsible for identifying and
pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and
developing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Experience: 0- 1 Year
Location: Indore MP (Work from Office)
Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Excellent sales skills, Enthusiastic and result-oriented, Good coordination skills with the team
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, Deliver result, Keen knowledge
    regarding SAAS, customer success role, sales executive or a relevant role
  •  Proficiency in English, Communication and negotiation skills, closing the deal over the call or
    email, maintaining records in the CRM of each and every client along with the proper detail
    of that client, Sending proposal, and Negotiating.
  •  Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand and
    maintain existing business
  •  Think critically when planning to assure project success, Perform market research to identify
    new opportunities, develop and drive strategies for pursuing those new opportunities via an
    established business development funnel, Think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and
    setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
  •  Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, cold-calling,
    and networking
  •  Negotiating and closing deals with clients
  •  Reporting on sales activities and performance to senior management
